FLYARNK Travel Management is a boutique travel management studio based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. We are TICO registered (Registration 5003080) and IATA TIDS accredited. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

When you register for a tour, pay for a booking, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly. This includes your full name (as it appears on your passport), email address, mobile number, the number of travellers in your party, the names of additional guests, dietary or medical needs, special requests, and any documents you upload (such as a photo or PDF).

When you browse the site we may also receive standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are handled entirely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) under their own security standards.

We use your personal information to confirm and manage your booking, process payments and deposits, arrange your tour, communicate with you about your journey, and respond to enquiries you send us. Where you have asked to receive them, we also use your email address to send departure announcements and newsletter updates.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We process your personal information on the basis of the contract we form with you when you book a tour, our legitimate interest in operating our business and fulfilling our regulatory obligations as a TICO-registered travel agency, and your consent where you sign up for newsletter updates or provide optional details.

We share your information only with the parties needed to deliver your tour — for example airlines, hotels, ground operators, and activity providers — and only the details each party needs. We also share information with our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) to process payments, and with our email and hosting providers to send confirmations and operate the site.

We will disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FLYARNK, our travellers, or others.

We keep your booking and payment records for as long as required by TICO and other applicable regulations, and for as long as needed to handle any disputes or claims. Newsletter subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using secure storage, access controls, and encrypted transmission where available. Payment card details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment providers and never pass through or rest on our systems.

Our tours are designed for adults and families travelling together. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date shown below reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
